Ecumen is committed to a safe and respectful environment for all. We encourage residents, clients, patients, and family members to report any concern or potential policy/standard violation to one of our team members. Team members are always encouraged to speak with their supervisor or a member of the Ecumen Leadership Team regarding any issue or concern.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report, you may do so by using Ecumen’s Integrity Line. The information you provide will be sent to a member of the Ecumen Leadership Team for review on a completely confidential and anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
