Tolmar is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Conduct and Employee Handbook contain general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

Speak Up is a way for all employees to participate in Tomar’s Compliance program! Speak Up encourages you to ask questions, raise concerns, report potential misconduct, and disclose potential conflicts of interest. Tolmar is committed to an environment where open and honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. Every employee can Speak Up for the values of Tolmar! It is up to all of us to live the Tolmar values and protect the integrity of everything we do. When we work together daily to maintain a safe, ethical, and compliant work environment, we ensure we always lead with our core values of integrity and transparency.

Everyone should feel comfortable Speaking Up about ethics and integrity, including submitting reports of concerns and/or potential violations of Tolmar policies without fear of retaliation. There are many channels you can use to Speak Up. You can reach out directly to Compliance, your manager, HR, or leadership. You can also report through our dedicated Speak Up portal or by calling the hotline number found on the portal’s landing page (you have the option to remain anonymous).

In situations where you prefer to place a formal report directly to Compliance (with or without remaining anonymous), you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You should submit reports relating to violations of policies and procedures, Code of Conduct, and/or the Employee Handbook, as well as ask for guidance. Additionally, you may use the portal to provide positive suggestions and stories.

If you choose to remain anonymous, the information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
