We are committed to supporting and encouraging every team member to report concerns of non-compliance to their manager, Human Resources, or any member of Senior Management directly. We recognize, however, that there may be circumstances when you are not comfortable reporting the issue in this manner and would prefer to remain anonymous. It is for such circumstances that we have partnered with NAVEX to provide you with a hotline option that allows you to report your concerns anonymously to a third-party vendor.

Information you provide to the Ethics and Integrity hotline will be reviewed by a designated person from either the Human Resources or Legal department, dependent on the type of concern. Your identity will remain confidential and anonymous if you so choose; we only ask that you provide as many details as you can without identifying yourself.

NON-RETALIATION

SES Space & Defense does not tolerate any type of retribution or retaliatory action against any team member for their good faith reporting of violations or concerns. It takes courage to raise an ethical issue — especially if it involves a situation in your work area. SES Space & Defense supports you in carrying out your responsibility. Retaliation against anyone who in good faith reports any suspected noncompliance with our Code of Business Conduct is strictly prohibited.
