If you are not comfortable doing so, EthicsPoint provides a safe and confidential way for esVolta employees, contractors, clients, and vendors to report concerns about potential misconduct or policy violations. EthicsPoint is managed by a trusted third-party provider and allows you to submit a report confidentially and anonymously.

To Make a Report by Phone

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
