If we are aware of a situation that may violate our Code of Ethics, Internal policies, national or international law we have a duty to report it. SQM Salar SpA and its leaders are committed to taking all good faith reports seriously and protecting all those involved in an investigation process from any form of retaliation. Raising a concern or reporting a suspected violation of the law, our Code of Ethics or policies requires courage. We may feel the pressure to stay silent or avoid causing a problem. However, we admire those who report when they believe something is not right, even in cases where an employee believes their supervisor might be involved.
In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, the information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.
Notwithstanding the above, and in compliance with Law N° 21.643, complaints related to sexual harassment, labor harassment, or violence at work must be submitted with the identification of the affected person, including their full name, ID number, and personal email address. If the affected person is different from the complainant, this information must be provided, along with the representation being invoked.
