Our Commitment

The Massachusetts Housing Partnership Fund Board (MHP) is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. This commitment is essential to providing a safe and secure environment for all members of our community. To support this, MHP partnered with EthicsPoint to offer a toll-free, 24-hour Anonymous Reporting Hotline for reporting compliance or ethical concerns, particularly when other reporting options are not comfortable, suitable, or otherwise available.

Hotline Guidelines

The Hotline may be used to report unethical behavior (including alleged violations of MHP’s Standards of Conduct which is subject to modification), program or policy violations, potential compliance issues, and/or legal concerns.

Anyone may submit a report through the Hotline, including MHP’s external partners, program stakeholders, and/or employees. You may submit a report anonymously or you may identify yourself and provide contact information. MHP employees may also submit verbal or written complaints of discrimination or sexual harassment, whether experienced or witnessed, directly to MHP’s HR Director, General Counsel, or Executive Director.

The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint confidentially and, if applicable, anonymously. All reports will be taken seriously, reviewed promptly, and responded to via the “Follow Up on a Report" link at the top of this web page.

To Submit a Report

You may use either of the following methods to submit a report:

  • Select the "Make a Report" link at the top of this web page.
  • Dial toll-free, within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada:
  • Via mobile devices link

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." After five (5) business days, you may click on the “Follow Up on a Report" link and use your report key and password to check the status of your report.

After Submitting a Report

Filed reports will be reviewed and accessed by the following:

  • Program and Policy Compliance reports: Sarah Mostafa*, Senior Risk & Compliance Manager.
  • Personnel and Human Resources reports: Lori Cain*, Human Resources Director.
  • Other reports: Sarah Mostafa*, Senior Risk & Compliance Manager.
  • EthicsPoint Administrator: Sarah Mostafa*, Senior Risk & Compliance Manager, will have access to all filed reports, but will not participate in any decision-making related to the reports.
  • *A report identifying either of these named individuals will automatically be diverted and delivered to a different member of MHP leadership to ensure anonymity and appropriate follow up.

Upon receiving a report, MHP will promptly review and investigate the complaint in an impartial and thorough manner in accordance with MHP’s internal policies. All parties, including the complainant (if identified), shall be advised of the importance of confidentiality and that the identity of named individuals will be kept private to the extent possible, consistent with relevant legal requirements. Complainants should be aware that there may be times where an investigation is constrained due to insufficient information; nevertheless, MHP values all reports because they assist in improving policies and furthering the commitment to an open, ethical, and equitable workplace.

We appreciate your dedication to upholding our ethical and compliance standards.
