Claremont McKenna College is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place a report via this platform, the information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint. EthicsPoint makes the reports available only to specific individuals at CMC who are pre-designated to receive reports based on subject matter. Some reports require the reporting party to provide contact information, whereas other can be made anonymously. This is made clear when you select your issue type.

For reports that can be made anonymously, the report will be entered directly on EthicsPoint’s secure server. Please see the FAQ for more information about how EthicsPoint guarantees anonymity for these reports.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 2 business days, we encourage reporters to check back in and to continue to check back in regularly on your report in case additional information is required to respond appropriately.
