Our Commitment

CCA fosters an environment where open, honest communication is the norm, not the exception. We encourage employees to feel comfortable approaching their supervisors or management with any concerns regarding potential violations of policies or procedures, suspected incidents of fraud, waste, or abuse, information privacy or security breaches, or violations of applicable laws, rules, regulations, or our Code of Conduct.

If you become aware of an actual or possible violation, you have a duty to promptly report it. Reports may be made, confidentially, if desired.

If you seek advice, raise a concern or report misconduct, you are doing the right thing. The commitment to our values includes providing an environment for all CCA personnel to express their concerns and report actual or suspected misconduct without fear of or retaliation. CCA will not tolerate any form of retaliation for Personnel who, in good faith, raise a concern; report and actual or potential violation of law, the Code of Conduct or CCA policy; or participate in an investigation.

CCA takes all reports seriously and welcome the opportunity to resolve problems that may arise and take steps to prevent them from recurring.

All compliance investigations will be conducted and documented in accordance with CCA's established compliance investigation protocol and in partnerships with other relevant areas such as Human Resources or Legal.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After ten business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
