This reporting channel may be used to raise concerns related to environmental and social impacts, labor issues, human rights abuses, as well as unethical behaviors such as conflict of interest, fraud or prohibited practices.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report, the information submitted on this third party’s reporting webpage will be shared with us on a totally confidential and anonymous basis.

An employee, individual or community, who in good faith and on reasonable grounds, reports suspected wrongdoing that violates CIFI's policies or involves significant risk because it is harmful to CIFI’s interests, reputation, operations, or governance, will not suffer harassment, retaliation, or other adverse consequences.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
