Thermo Fisher Scientific is committed to acting with Integrity and providing a safe workplace.
As we work toward achieving our Vision for 2020, which includes our aspirational goal to become one of world’s most admired companies, it is integral that all employees demonstrate the highest standards of business ethics and Integrity and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We strive to provide a secure atmosphere for employees, customers, vendors and visitors. Our goal is to provide every employee with an easy-to-use, reliable and anonymous communication tool to report any issues, concerns or violations of law or company policies in a safe and confidential manner.
The Global Ethics Hotline is an enhancement to, not a replacement of, our current policies and procedures. Thermo Fisher encourages you to follow normal company procedures and protocols if you feel comfortable doing so. This may include, but is not limited to, discussing the issue with your supervisor, department manager or Human Resources department, or a member of the Legal Department.
Every employee has free, unlimited access to our third-party anonymous and confidential incident reporting system, the Global Ethics Hotline. Please note that the Global Ethics Hotline is now available to all legacy Patheon employees.
This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week through a toll-free number. Please refer to the integration SharePoint site for the new toll-free number in your country.
As a reminder to all legacy Patheon employees, the Thermo Fisher Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (“Code”) and Global Anti-Bribery and Insider Trading Policies became effective as of Day One for all legacy Patheon employees. The Code and these key compliance policies can be found here. Please be sure to review and comply with them.
