Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
Note: If you wish to raise questions or concerns about company accounting, internal accounting controls, or auditing matters, check the appropriate box when submitting your inquiry. All such inquiries are referred to Kidde Global Solutions’ Global Compliance office.
All communications submitted through this tool are confidential and are processed internally; You will receive a confidential response. Although we encourage you to give us your name and contact information, as this facilitates better review of your issue, you may remain anonymous if you choose.
Information entered into this website is protected according to Kidde Global Solutions' security policies and reviewers are limited on a need to know basis.
When employees, contractors and partners observe or suspect something that contradicts the Code of Ethics or our policies, we encourage them to Speak Up and report it, even anonymously, if they prefer. Kidde Global Solutions is committed to providing a safe reporting environment.
Note: Under French law anonymous reporting is limited to (a) accounting, financial, banking and auditing matters; (b) bribery and corruption matters; (c) anti-competitive matters; (d) harassment and discrimination; (e) health, hygiene and security in the workplace; (f) protection of the environment; and (g) internal processes and controls related to (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) and (f) above.
