How to follow up on my report?

You can follow up on an existing report or provide additional information. You will need your report identification number (Report Key) and report password to check the status of a previously submitted report.

What should I do if I lose my report key or forget the password I created?

Because of the high level of security that is maintained for these reports, if you lose your Report Key or password, you will need to file a new report. Mention in the new report that it is related to a report you previously filed.

The Concerns Hotline is not a 911 or Emergency Service. Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.
