The Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (Concacaf) is committed to advance its mission of developing, promoting and managing football with integrity, transparency and passion in order to inspire participation in the game.

Concacaf is determined to protect the integrity of the game and to eradicate match-manipulation. The Confederation follows a zero tolerance approach against these threats to our sport. Every individual of our football family is committed to refrain from all behavior that damages or could damage the integrity and reputation of football and in particular from all unlawful and unethical behavior.

OBLIGATION TO REPORT

Please note that all persons are obligated to immediately and voluntarily report to Concacaf if approached in connection with activities aimed at manipulating a part of the course or the result of a match in a manner contrary to sporting ethics. For the purpose of informing Concacaf about such incident please report to

integrity@concacaf.org

All information provided to Concacaf will be treated with the strictest confidentiality available under the applicable laws and regulations and will not be shared with unauthorized third-parties. Reporting issues is crucial for the Confederation to learn, address, prevent, investigate and sanction threats to the integrity of football.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. The information you provide will be sent to Concacaf by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you prefer. See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.

Please note that if you believe there is a serious threat to your life or physical integrity you should consider contacting the police authorities in your country.

Any abuse of the hotline will lead to serious civil and criminal proceedings.
