REPORTER PRIVACY

Service Provider, in agreement with its clients, has created a method and procedure to receive reports of alleged misconduct or other potential violations. Unless you identify yourself, all reports received by Service Provider are confidential and anonymous. Service Provider values your right to privacy on all reported information and Service Provider will not knowingly disclose any information that would identify you without your express permission. If you wish to remain anonymous, please do not report information in a manner that may personally identify you. For example:

• Do not include your relationship to persons identified in your report
• Do not include your physical location relative to persons or incidents in your report

Service Provider is registered with the United States Department of Commerce as having appropriate protections in place for the receipt of personal data from Europe, as required by the European Union's Directive on Data Protection, and has certified its compliance with the United States Department of Commerce Safe Harbor guidelines. Service Provider only uses the information submitted by reporters to provide services to its clients. By submitting a report, you authorize the organization, about which you are filing a report, and its affiliated and subsidiary companies, to collect, process, store and otherwise use the report and information submitted as that organization deems appropriate.

Service Provider does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of the information collected, nor does it investigate or resolve issues or concerns submitted. You understand and acknowledge that the Service Provider’s sole obligation to you is to receive your reported information and deliver the reported information to our client. Please be advised, that the client is responsible to evaluate the information submitted and to comply with all applicable local, state or federal laws relating to the investigation and protection of the information submitted.

Service Provider's system is not a United States government classified system. You are discouraged from uploading any information which may be considered Top Secret, Secret and/or confidential information that requires safeguarding in the interest of National Security.

RELEASE

By submitting a report to Service Provider, you, the reporter, understand and acknowledge that the sole obligation of Service Provider shall be to receive and transmit the information provided to the organization about which you are reporting. Service Provider will incur no liability as a result of the action or inaction of our client. You, on behalf of yourself or your heirs, successors, family members, agents and assigns, agree to and do hereby release Service Provider and its respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, successors, predecessors, agents and assigns, of and from any and all liability, claims, actions, causes of action and damages which relate in any way to our client’s actions or failure to act as the result of having received, or having access to, information relative to a report.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Service Provider and its client companies take the reports made through this site seriously. Please make your report as accurate and truthful as possible. Do not intentionally include false or misleading information in your report. The intentional reporting of false or misleading information can result in civil or criminal liability
