MAKE THE RIGHT CALL

WELCOME TO THE NFL ETHICS HOTLINE

The National Football League is committed to the highest level of integrity in everything we do. Our commitment to this goal is reflected in the League’s Compliance Plan, which makes clear our expectation that all League Office Staff act ethically and adhere to the League’s policies and all applicable laws.

Raising workplace and ethics concerns, asking questions, and reporting potential violations of League policies are vital components of the League’s efforts to uphold a culture of integrity and ethics. All League Office Staff have an obligation to report potential policy violations and concerns, and to seek guidance when the proper course of action is unclear.

HOW TO RAISE A CONCERN, ASK A QUESTION, OR REPORT A VIOLATION

The NFL Ethics Hotline allows anyone, including League Office Staff, to raise workplace and ethics concerns, ask questions, and report potential violations of League policies. Reports may be made to the Hotline through this online portal, by phone at 888-291-6472 in the United States, or to dedicated phones lines in other countries where the NFL has offices.

The Hotline is administered by a third party, NAVEX, to maintain confidentiality and anonymity. When raising a concern or making a report to the Hotline, you may choose to remain anonymous to the extent permitted by law. NFL Compliance and those assisting it are obligated to act in the best interests of the League and confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

Alternatively, you may also raise workplace or ethics concerns, ask questions, or report policy violations directly to a Compliance Officer or HR Official.

PROTECTION AGAINST RETALIATION

Retaliation in any form against an individual who reports a violation of League policy, or who assists in the investigation of a reported violation, is itself a serious violation of League policy, subject to discipline. Acts of retaliation should immediately be reported to HR, the NFL Legal Department, or through this Hotline for review and any appropriate action.
