The EthicsPoint Hotline supports reporting of those issues listed in the categories under To Make a Report. Academic matters and other issues not covered by the hotline should be reported to the Provost Office at 614-236-6108. Non-academic student conduct matters should be reported to the Student Affairs Office at 614-236-6611.
