Discrimination or Harassment

Violation of Policy
Willful or innocent actions that are in direct violation of company policy, procedures, code of conduct, and/or implied contractual responsibilities. Examples include:
  • non- disclosure agreements,
  • hiring standards,
  • safety,
  • Internet usage,
  • corporate guidelines
