- What if I am worried about retaliation for reporting a concern?
- Kohl’s prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith*. Any associate who retaliates
against anyone involved in reporting a concern or for participating in the investigation of a concern will be
subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. For further information, see Kohl’s
Policy 612 No Retaliation.
- *What is good faith? Sharing a concern ‘in good faith’ means that you honestly suspect there’s a violation
of the Code, our policies or the law. And you’re not deliberately making a false report.
