Follow Up

It is important to follow up on questions or concerns submitted to Kohl's Integrity Hotline. This allows you to retrieve questions, answers, and status updates posted to you by the Associate Relations team. To follow up on an existing question or concern, please enter the report key provided to you and password you created when you initially submitted your question or concern.

Kohl's has recently transitioned our Integrity Hotline to a new service provider. If you're following up on a previous case, please reach out to AssociateRelations@kohls.com. If you wish to remain anonymous, please enter a new case referencing the original date submitted and the location/details of the original case. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What should I do if I lose my report key or forget the password I created?

Because of the high level of security that is maintained, if you lose your report key or password, you will need to file a new report. Mention in the new submission that it is related to a concern you previously filed and provide as much information as possible relating to the previous report.
