About EthicsPoint

What is EthicsPoint and what has happened to the Integrity Line?

The Integrity Line is Arconic’s description of the opportunity for all employees to report good faith concerns of situations that may violate an Arconic policy, the Company’s Code of Conduct, or otherwise be unethical. The Integrity Line remains in place and Arconic has decided to simply change vendors with whom it partners to administer the Integrity Line, having selected EthicsPoint by NAVEX starting September 2025.

EthicsPoint by NAVEX is a comprehensive and confidential reporting tool created by the globally recognized and reputable enterprise NAVEX. The EthicsPoint platform will continue to enable anyone to report and address potential violations of Arconic’s Code of Conduct or other unethical behavior.

Why do we need the Integrity Line?

Reporting – General

May I report using either the Internet or the telephone?

Yes. You may file a report with EthicsPoint via either the telephone or the Internet.

What types of situations should I report?

We ask that you report any violation of our Code of Conduct, or other ethical concerns that you may have.

If I see a violation, shouldn't I just report it to my manager, security, or human resources for them to handle?

When you observe behavior that you believe violates Arconic’s Code of Conduct, we expect you to report it. Ideally, you should bring any concerns forward to your direct manager, your local HR team, or other member of our management team. We recognize, however, that there may be circumstances when you are not comfortable reporting the issue in this manner. It is for such circumstances that we have partnered with NAVEX. We would rather you report anonymously than keep the information to yourself. Arconic does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who in good faith reports behavior that he or she reasonably believes is unlawful, unethical or in violation of the Code of Conduct or Company policies.

Why should I report what I know? What’s in it for me?

We all have the right to work in a positive environment and with that right comes the responsibility of acting in an ethical manner and letting the appropriate people know if someone is not acting appropriately. By working together, we can maintain a safe, ethical, and productive environment.

Does management really want me to report?

Yes. In fact, we need you to report. You know what is going on in our Company - both good and bad. You may have initial knowledge of an activity that may be cause for concern. Your reporting can minimize the potential negative impact on the Company and our people.

Where do these reports go? Who can access them?

When someone uses EthicsPoint to report a concern to Arconic’s Integrity Line, the report is entered directly on the EthicsPoint secure server as maintained by NAVEX. NAVEX in turn, makes these reports available only to specific authorized individuals within Arconic’s Compliance Team who are charged with evaluating the report based on the type of violation and location of the incident and either investigating the concern or assigning it to the appropriate investigator in the field to address. Everyone involved in addressing an Integrity Line report has been trained on confidentiality considerations and appropriate investigation processes.

Isn’t this system just an example of someone watching over me?

No. Arconic maintains its Integrity Line as powered by NAVEX’s EthicsPoint platform to allow for ease of reporting concerns when an employee prefers to do so outside of their local management or HR channels. While you are encouraged to seek guidance on ethical dilemmas, should you desire to report or communicate a good-faith based concern anonymously, the Integrity Line as powered by EthicsPoint affords you this opportunity. For these reasons, it’s a positive aspect of Arconic’s overall philosophy that allows us to ensure a safe, ethical, and productive workplace.

Effective communication is critical in Arconic’s workplace and this is a tool to enhance that communication. In selecting EthicsPoint as powered by NAVEX, Arconic has carefully chosen a reputable reporting tool to sustain our Code of Conduct and ethics program.

Reporting Security & Confidentiality

Can I file a report from home and still remain anonymous?

A report from home or any Internet portal will remain secure and anonymous. The EthicsPoint system strips away Internet addresses so that anonymity is always maintained.

Is the telephone toll-free integrity line confidential and anonymous too?

Yes. You will be asked to provide the same information that you would provide in an Internet-based report and an interviewer will type your responses into the EthicsPoint Web site. You will not be required to share your name. These reports have the same security and confidentiality measures applied to them during delivery.

What if I want to be identified with my report?

There is a section in the report to identify yourself, if you wish.

Tips & Best Practices

I am aware of some individuals acting unethically, but it doesn't affect me. Why should I bother reporting it?

Arconic promotes ethical behavior. All unethical conduct, at any level, ultimately hurts the company and all employees, including you. If you are aware of any incidents of misconduct or ethical violations, consider it your duty to yourself and your coworkers to report it.

I am not sure if what I have observed or heard is a violation of company policy, or involves unethical conduct, but it just does not look right to me. What should I do?

We encourage you to file a report. We would rather you report a situation that turns out to be harmless than let possible misconduct or unethical behavior go unchecked.

What if I remember something important about the incident after I file the report? Or what if the company has further questions for me concerning my report?

When you file a report at the EthicsPoint Web site or through the EthicsPoint Call Center, you receive a unique, randomized report number called a “Report Key” and are asked to choose a password. Arconic will acknowledge reports and provide a response timely and within any legally required timeframes as may vary by jurisdiction.

If the company has questions and you reported anonymously, they will add them to your Report. You can check for and answer these questions or add more detail by returning to the EthicsPoint system. Use the “Report Key” and your password to access the original report. We strongly suggest that you frequently return to the site to answer company questions. You and Arconic now have entered into an “anonymous dialogue,” where situations are not only identified, but can also be resolved, no matter how complex.

Are these follow-ups on reports as secure as the first one?

All EthicsPoint communications are managed the same way as the initial report.

What if I lose my Report Key or forget the Password I created?

To ensure that security is maintained, if you lose your report key or password, you will need to file a new report. You should mention in the new report that it is related to a report or question you previously submitted.

Can I still file a report if I don’t have access to the Internet?

You can file an EthicsPoint report from any computer or mobile device that can access the Internet. If you don’t have access to or are uncomfortable using a computer, you can call the EthicsPoint toll-free hotline, which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
