At Fluor, we strive to provide a secure and healthy environment for our employees, partners, shareholders, suppliers, and visitors. We are committed to all of our core values, including integrity and our goal is to provide reliable, confidential, and anonymous communication tools to speak up, ask questions, seek guidance, and report concerns and/or violations of Fluor’s company policies in a timely manner.

Fluor’s Integrity Portal and Hotline is one of those tools, and is an enhancement, not a replacement, of our current Compliance & Ethics guidance and reporting tools. We will ensure that your questions or concerns are assigned to the appropriate team to address and that they will be treated with confidentiality to the maximum extent possible.

In addition to the Fluor Integrity Portal and Hotline, please feel free to continue to use any other existing Fluor tools, procedures, and protocols if you feel comfortable doing so. This may include, but is not limited to, discussing the concern with your manager, human resources department, employee relations, or the Compliance & Ethics group (ethics@fluor.com).
Fluor prohibits retaliation of any sort in response to reports or questions submitted in good faith or for participation in any subsequent investigations.
