Voice Your Concern

Voicing your concern is asking a legal, compliance, policy, or ethics question; raising a concern about integrity or ethics issues; or reporting wrongdoing or misconduct. MiniMed encourages open and honest communications of concerns, and the Voice Your Concern program helps us uncover and address integrity and ethics issues early, while they are easier to resolve. MiniMed values the ability for open and confidential reporting. Our leaders are committed to listen and act on all reports received.

The Voice Your Concern Line provides reporters with a toll-free or online resource free from fear of retaliation in a confidential setting, seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

MiniMed uses the Voice Your Concern Line to log, investigate, and track matters where MiniMed employees and/or its agents have not complied with the law or with MiniMed policies or procedures. Misconduct also includes but is not limited to action that could expose MiniMed, its employees, officers, or directors to liability; or damage the reputation of MiniMed.

To determine if your concern involves violations of MiniMed policies, please refer to the MiniMed Code of Conduct.

EEA, UK, and Switzerland Notice: The Voice Your Concern Line can be used to make a report on any concerns, including breaches of EEA, UK, and Switzerland laws (for example, fraud, competition, and state aid or other areas of policy). Alternatively, a report may also be made to the relevant public authorities in the country concerned; please see your local country website for a list of such authorities.
