Children's Wisconsin (CW) has selected EthicsPoint to provide you with a simple way to confidentially, and if you choose, anonymously report actual or suspected activities that may involve a violation of law, regulations, policies or our Code of Business Conduct. Before proceeding, we encourage you to consider whether or not you can directly raise your concern with someone at Children's Wisconsin.
If you do not feel comfortable doing so or do not know who to contact, you can make a report using this website or by calling the CW Compliance Helpline at 414-266-1773 or 877-659-5200.
Your report will be routed initially to EthicsPoint, an independent third-party host for the CW Compliance Helpline. The report will then promptly be forwarded from EthicsPoint to CW Corporate Compliance for review and investigation.
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a report key. Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
