Report a Concern by Phone
At Cooper Standard, integrity drives us to be honest, ethical and responsible. We expect our stakeholders to speak up to report concerns and ask questions when something doesn’t seem right. Examples of issues that should be reported include suspected or actual violations of our employee or supplier codes of conduct, the company’s policies or the law. These include situations related to:
- the company’s books and records such as suspected or known accounting or financial irregularities, fraud or falsification of documents, compliance with internal controls or concerns involving money laundering;
- the ethical conduct of our business such as suspected or known bribery, corruption, product quality or warranty issues, unfair competition or trade practices or insider trading, or questions about government relations;
- use of company assets, including questionable travel and entertainment expenses or suspected or known theft, time-clock abuse, unauthorized disclosure of confidential information including intellectual property or personal information, or breaches of the security the company’s information systems;
- the workplace such as conduct involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation or bullying;
- and environmental, health or safety conditions, such as concerns about substance abuse, workplace violence or the handling or disposal of hazardous materials
