After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 10 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Kamehameha Schools (KS) is committed to providing a safe and productive workplace environment for everyone in the organization. If you become aware of activities that may involve illegal, unethical, or otherwise inappropriate behavior in violation of KS policies, we need to hear from you. No retaliatory action will be taken against you for reporting or inquiring in good faith about potential violations.

The KS Compliance Helpline does not replace existing organizational channels for reporting or seeking guidance. We encourage you to contact your immediate supervisor, higher level supervisor, Human Resources representative or the Compliance Team for assistance. However, if you are more comfortable filing a report directly or you wish to remain anonymous, please use the KS Compliance Helpline.

EthicsPoint is the KS Compliance Helpline and is managed by an independent vendor. It provides a confidential means to file a report or ask a question. You may use this EthicsPoint website or place a toll-free telephone call to a live EthicsPoint operator. When reporting, you may identify yourself or choose to remain anonymous, in which case your identity will not be recorded or traced.

Before submitting a report, please review the KS Code of Conduct and KS Compliance Violation Issue Types to determine the compliance area to which your concern relates. All reports submitted to KS through EthicsPoint will be handled promptly, consistently, and discreetly through our org-wide Complaints Management Process (CMP).

Please retain your report key and password and return to this website within 10 days of filing a report to check for communication regarding case status or communication requesting additional information pertaining to your report. Please note that we may need additional information from you in order to proceed.

It’s our shared kuleana to ensure that Kamehameha Schools provides a safe and productive work environment that will make us proud. Mahalo for the opportunity to address your concern, and for your continued commitment to integrity and ethics in our workplace.
