About the Suncor Integrity Hotline

Act with Integrity. It’s one of our values. It’s reflected in everything we do and is key to our reputation and success.

If you see something that seems inconsistent with that value or if you are unsure whether our Standards of Business Conduct are being violated, speak up. Talk to your leader, your group’s HR advisor, Corporate Security or Legal Affairs. There may be times where you may not feel comfortable talking to one of those people. That’s where the Suncor Integrity Hotline comes in. The hotline is a confidential way to report an ethical concern or ask a question about our Standards of Business Conduct.

The Suncor Integrity hotline is a confidential reporting line operated by a third party provider called NAVEX. The hotline is available 365 days a year and reports can be made through the web or over the phone. Calls are not recorded and you will not be required to give your name.

Every report is treated seriously and investigated. All investigations are conducted fairly, discretely and with respect and consideration to everyone involved.
