Ethics Reporting

Cummins has high ethical standards for conducting our business. If you believe someone has violated our standards, we want you to tell us so that we can investigate and, if necessary, correct any problems. If you have a question or concern about potential misconduct, there are many resources available to help you. You can talk to your supervisor, Human Resources or click below to report a concern. We also encourage you to use this Helpline as a resource to ask questions or seek guidance. This site is hosted by NAVEX, a third party provider to Cummins. Wherever possible, we allow employees who report matters to remain anonymous if they wish.

As a global company striving to make people's lives better by powering a more prosperous world, our success will depend to a large extent on how well we adhere to our Code of Business Conduct. The Code protects, preserves and promotes what makes Cummins a truly special place to work. Any effective Code of Business Conduct must be enforced. That means all employees have an obligation to report suspected Code violations. Violations of the Code at any level of the Company will be acted upon swiftly and appropriately. Anyone who violates the Code will be held accountable.
