Cummins is committed to the highest standards of ethical business conduct and expects its employees and other stakeholders to report concerns of suspected violations of the Code of Business Conduct, policies, or law. You are encouraged to speak up so that the company can take appropriate action and remedy the situation when required. Please know that confidentiality is integral to our process.

If you have a question or concern about potential misconduct, there are many resources available to help you. Cummins’ employees may speak with their supervisor, Human Resources, Ethics and Compliance or any member of management.

The Cummins Ethics Help Line is also an available resource for you to report a concern or suspected violation of the Code of Business Conduct, policies, and law. You may report your concerns anonymously where allowed by law.

Please know that we take your concerns seriously, we investigate all reports thoroughly. Cummins does not tolerate retaliation against those who raise concerns in good faith. Employees may reference the Employee Non-Retaliation Policy for additional details.

We also encourage you to use this Helpline (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) as a resource to ask questions or seek guidance. This site is hosted by NAVEX, a third-party provider to Cummins.

Cummins and NAVEX are committed to protecting your data, including compliance with all applicable data privacy and data protection regulations. Please understand that any information that you submit on this site may be accessed and/or processed by individuals that are not located in your country. Individuals that would have such access to the information are involved in the review and processing of that information in order to address your report appropriately. That means all employees have an obligation to report suspected Code violations. Violations of the Code at any level of the Company will be acted upon swiftly and appropriately. Anyone who violates the Code will be held accountable.
