You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:
Phillips Exeter Academy is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards, including complying with all applicable laws, regulations and Academy policies, and fostering an environment that is free from all forms of intimidation and retaliation. We have simple and straightforward policies to guide our community. All Employees are expected to read both The Academy Ethics & Whistleblower Policy and the Employee Handbook. Students and families are expected to read the student e-book.
We have selected EthicsPoint to provide us with an anonymous and confidential method to hear your suggestions, concerns or report misconduct. Reports may be filed by calling your toll-free number or entering the report online. Filing a report online takes approximately 20 minutes.
If improper conduct is found to have occurred, the Academy will take appropriate corrective action. Financial and other business misconduct will be shared with two members of the Academy's Trustees (including the chair of the Audit Committee), Human Resources Director, General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer. Incidents of bias and harassment will be shared with the Director of Equity and Inclusion, Human Resources Director, Dean of Faculty and/or Dean of Students, General Counsel, and the chair of the DEI Trustee Task Force. Sexual misconduct matters involving students will be shared with the Director of Student Well-Being, General Counsel, and the three Trustee members of the Legal Review Team. Matters will be investigated and resolved as expeditiously as possible.
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
