ATTENTION! This webpage is hosted on EthicsPoint's secure servers and is not part of the Phillips Exeter Academy website or intranet.

Phillips Exeter Academy is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards, including complying with all applicable laws, regulations and PEA policies, and fostering an environment that is free from all forms of intimidation, and retaliation.

Our Academy Ethics & Whistleblower Policy is simple and straight forward. In order to maintain the integrity of our community, the Academy expects to address any serious concerns about financial, accounting or business related improprieties.

We have selected EthicsPoint to provide us with an anonymous and confidential method to hear your suggestions, concerns or report of misconduct. Reports may be filed by calling your toll-free number or entering the report online. This is not a vehicle for reporting academic or residential life concerns. Academic concerns should be directed to the Dean of Faculty and residential life concerns should be directed to the Dean of Students. Filing a report online takes approximately 20 minutes.

The information you provide in your report will be sent to PEA by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis, unless you choose to disclose your identity. If such improper conduct is found to have occurred, the Academy will take appropriate corrective action and will be shared with two members of the Academy's Trustees (including the chair of the Audit Committee), Human Resources Director, General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer. Matters will be handled and resolved as expeditiously as possible.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

EthicsPoint is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service:
