If you encounter business practices that you consider unethical, illegal, or inconsistent with our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct or other policies, take action to confidentially report them here.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Your immediate manager is your primary resource to report issues or respond to your concerns. In addition, Spirit selected EthicsPoint to provide a confidential method to hear your suggestions, concerns, or reports of misconduct.

Please take some time to review Spirit's Ethics, Equal Employment Opportunity, and other Human Resource policies and procedures. If you find that you are unclear regarding the requirements of law, regulation, policy, or the Code of Conduct, you wish to report what appears to be misconduct or you have a question, please voice your concern. EthicsPoint will notify the Spirit Ethics Office and/or appropriate resources. The information you provide to us is confidential and can be anonymous.

Discrimination or harassment based on any of the above factors is prohibited, as is retaliation against a person who has made a complaint or provided information regarding possible violations of this policy. There will be no action taken against anyone because he or she reports an ethics or compliance concern in good faith. Please note that false or malicious allegations do not foster a positive workplace.
