Our Code of Business Conduct (available in English, Hindi, Dutch, Chinese, Gujarati, and German) is anchored in the values and beliefs which underpin all that we do. While no document can address every situation that might occur, it provides a framework for our actions as individuals and as members of a global organization. The Code is based on the following general principles:

3. Responsible business citizenship

We encourage you to take the time to read this Code. If you believe that a violation has occurred, please take the time to report it. Aurorium prohibits retaliation against any individual making a good faith report of a violation of this policy.

About This Site

The Aurorium ethics hotline and this page are methods of reporting conduct that may be illegal, unethical, or otherwise inconsistent with Aurorium's Code of Conduct.

We always encourage employees and others to raise any concerns with members of Aurorium's management team. If you do not feel comfortable doing so, or do not know whom to contact, you can make a report by telephone or securely over this site. We realize that some people may be more comfortable reporting anonymously. For that reason, both Aurorium's telephone hotline and this site are hosted by EthicsPoint to provide you with an anonymous and confidential means of making a report.

If you choose to remain anonymous, it is important that you check the status of your report 6-7 business days later. In order to fully investigate a claim, it is often necessary to request additional information. Of course, you are always free to identify yourself when making a report.
