It is important to follow up on concerns submitted to the Team Member Hotline. This allows you to answer questions the investigators posted or to ask questions. You can also see the outcome of the case (substantiated/proven or unsubstantiated/not proven).

FAQs

How long does it take for a Hotline report to be investigated or resolved?

Investigations are often completed in less than 30 days. However, certain types of reports may require extra time to resolve.

What should I do if I lose my report key or forget the password I created?

If you lose your report key or password, you will not be able to access your report. However, you can raise your concern again and mention it is the same as a report you filed previously.
