We use an independent and objective company, EthicsPoint, to handle all reports. You may report information anonymously and confidentially. The service is available in multiple languages, and reports can be made through the phone or website.
Flex has a very clear policy of non-retaliation and protection for anyone reporting a violation of the Code in good faith. Corporate management, the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee appreciate your input and feedback.
