Our Commitment
Woodward's commitment to integrity is fundamental to our heritage and provides the foundation for our principles and values, goals, strategies and business conduct. Our goal is to promote an open and inclusive environment where members are encouraged to share their thoughts, ideas, and concerns.
However, we also recognize that speaking up can sometimes feel a little uncomfortable. For this reason Woodward has engaged EthicsPoint, a third party reporting system, to provide a way for members and others to raise concerns when – for any reason - they are not comfortable going to their supervisor, another company leader, the Human Resources department, or any other department that may be able to help resolve the concern.
When submitting your concern through EthicsPoint you can choose to identify yourself or you can report your concern anonymously. To the extent legally permissible, all reports are kept strictly confidential. If you report your concern anonymously we ask that you understand and acknowledge that it may be more difficult for us to investigate. In any event, we ask that you check back in to your case from time to time, and use EthicsPoint to share additional information and respond to any questions we ask.
Finally, Woodward does not permit retaliation of any kind against any person who raises a concern in good faith. Whether you identify yourself in your report, or you choose to submit your report anonymously, if at any time you feel that you have been retaliated against for making a report we encourage you to make the Business Conduct Oversight Committee aware of the matter immediately – whether through the EthicsPoint follow-up feature or by directly contacting any member of the Business Conduct Oversight Committee - so we can address the situation.
