When submitting your concern through EthicsPoint you can choose to identify yourself or you can report your concern anonymously. You may attach supporting documentation to your online report.

Be sure to write down the report key and password, so that you can follow-up on the status of your report, provide additional information, and respond to any questions. Use of the report key will allow you to communicate confidentially with us and will keep your anonymity intact.

No Retaliation

Finally, Woodward does not permit retaliation of any kind against any person who raises a concern in good faith. Woodward will not discharge, demote, suspend, threaten, harass, or in any other manner discriminate against a member in the terms and conditions of employment because of any lawful act done by the member to provide information or otherwise assist in an investigation.
