Integrity at Work

One of Primo Water’s core values is Respect for All – ensuring honesty and fairness in all we do and always doing the right thing. We are committed to conducting business in a manner that follows the highest ethical standards and complies with all applicable laws. To help ensure that this commitment is met by Primo Water and all its subsidiaries (collectively “Primo Water” or the “Company”), we provide multiple ways to report concerns or questions regarding unethical, illegal, or irresponsible activity.

Reporting a Concern

If you suspect or learn of any ethical wrongdoing, you can report it by speaking with a Company leader, your Human Resources Business Partner, or by using this Ethics Reporting System. EthicsPoint® is a third-party system that provides confidential and, as permitted by law, anonymous reporting of your concerns. Primo Water will do its best to protect your privacy to the extent possible if you raise a concern.

Your Responsibilities

The Company does not retaliate against associates for reporting concerns in good faith. We follow up on every report received, and we ask you to do the same. When you submit a report via EthicsPoint® you will receive a report code. Check back often. We may have questions or need more information to investigate your concern.

If you have concerns about potential legal, ethical, or code of conduct violations, I encourage you to report them to your Human Resources Business Partner. You can also raise issues through our EthicsPoint® secure reporting tool. Honest reports made in good faith will be taken seriously and dealt with appropriately and promptly, and without retaliation.
