Reporting a Concern

If you learn of or suspect any wrongdoing, please promptly report it to Primo Brands. You can report wrongdoing either by speaking to a supervisor or the Chief Legal Officer or by using the Ethicspoint® reporting system. EthicsPoint® is a third-party system that provides confidential and anonymous reporting of your concerns. Primo Brands will do its best to protect your privacy to the extent possible if you report a violation, raise a concern or are involved in a complaint or investigation.

Your Responsibilities

We follow up on every report received, and we ask you to do the same. When you submit a report via EthicsPoint® you will receive a report code. Check back often. We may have questions or need more information to investigate your concern. We value your input and appreciate your support in helping Primo Brands operate its business with the highest standards of ethics and compliance.
