After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." This will ensure your anonymity throughout the process. Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 7 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Employees will not be discharged, demoted or suspended and no retaliation will be taken against them for filing a report in good faith or motivation or for seeking guidance on how to handle suspected breaches but not where the report is for reasons of personal gain.
