Welcome to the Marvell Concern Line

Welcome to the Marvell Concern Line. Like our Code of Ethics, the Marvell Concern Line is an important component of Marvell's Active Ethics program.

In addition to reporting questionable accounting, internal accounting control and auditing matters, the Marvell Concern Line now has expanded the categories available to you for reporting concerns; including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Conflicts of Interest;
  • Discrimination or Harassment;
  • Illegal or Fraudulent Conduct;
  • Theft; and
  • Securities Violations

As a publicly traded company, Marvell is committed to compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and in particular to full, fair, accurate, timely and understandable disclosure in reports and documents that the Company files with or submits to governmental agencies and in the Company's other public communications.

The Concern Line is provided by an independent service provider, EthicsPoint.

The information you provide through the Concern Line will be sent to Marvell by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard and that no one who reports a concern suffers reprisals, threats, retribution or retaliation as a result.

In addition to using the Concern Line, we encourage you to contact the Company's Compliance Executive, the Human Resources Department, or the Legal Department at any time as additional resources.

1Confidentiality and anonymity will be applied to the extent permissible by local law.

File a New Report

This process is not intended to replace or supersede normal managerial and Human Resources communication channels.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

EthicsPoint is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service:
Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.
