Anyone. This includes employees, contractors, business partners, vendors, patients, and members of the public. You do not need to work at Lilly to file a report.

Can I remain anonymous?
Yes. You may choose to remain anonymous. Where local law permits, you can file a report without giving your name. An outside company (NAVEX) manages the system to help protect your identity.

Will I face retaliation for speaking up?
No. Lilly does not tolerate retaliation of any kind against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. If you believe you were treated unfairly after making a report, please tell us.
