    SPEAK UP at Lilly is a way to raise a concern or report misconduct directly to Ethics & Compliance. Use it to report anything that may break a law, regulation, Lilly policy, or may just not seem right.

  2. Who can use it?

    Anyone. This includes employees, contractors, business partners, vendors, patients, and members of the public. You do not need to work at Lilly to file a report.

  3. Can I remain anonymous?

    Yes. You may choose to remain anonymous. Where local law permits, you can file a report without giving your name. An outside company (NAVEX) manages the system to help protect your identity.

  4. Will I face retaliation for speaking up?

    No. Lilly does not tolerate retaliation of any kind against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. If you believe you were treated unfairly after making a report, please tell us.

  5. When is it available?
