Leading With High Integrity

It has been, and continues to be, the policy of Owens & Minor to conduct its business with honesty and in accordance with high moral and ethical standards. The Owens & Minor Code of Honor applies to all teammates, officers, and directors. If you have information or believe that a violation of the Code of Honor may have occurred, you have a duty to report it. This may include:

  • Improper accounting or financial reporting practices
  • Human Resources concerns
  • Quality or Regulatory concerns
  • IT Security concerns
  • Environmental Health and Safety concerns
  • Potential conflicts of interest, etc.

If you are unclear regarding an issue of misconduct or you have a question, please contact a corporate officer, the Compliance Department, the Legal Department, or e-mail GM-CODEOFHONOR@owens-minor.com.

As part of our overarching compliance program, Vendors and Customers are also able to use the Ethics Hotline to report concerns or to ask questions. Vendors include distributors, suppliers, contractors, representatives, or other business partners. Customers include those who purchase our goods and services as well as those who may be using our products, including patients.

Our Ethics Hotline is a confidential way for you to report your concern about suspected illegal or unethical activities at Owens & Minor. We also welcome questions associated with any concern you might have. All reports directed to the Hotline are reviewed, evaluated, and triaged by the Owens & Minor Compliance department. Depending upon the issue, an investigation will be conducted. All reports relating to financial and accounting or internal controls matters are referred to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors for further investigation. Reports relating to all other matters will be referred to compliance and the General Counsel for further evaluation and investigation.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
