Leading With High Integrity

It has been and continues to be the policy of Owens & Minor to conduct its business with honesty and in accordance with high moral and ethical standards. The Owens & Minor Code of Honor applies to all teammates, officers and directors. If you have information or believe that a violation of the Code of Honor (including for example, improper accounting or financial reporting practices, breach of confidentiality, giving or receipt of gifts or favors involving customers or suppliers, etc.) may have occurred or is occurring, you have a duty to report it. If you are unclear regarding an issue of misconduct or you have a question, please contact a corporate officer or a member of the Law Department.

Owens & Minor has selected EthicsPoint Hotline as one of the confidential ways for you to report your concern about suspected illegal or unethical activities at Owens & Minor. All reports directed to the Hotline will be reviewed and evaluated by an independent consultant at Owens & Minor to determine the scope and subject matter of the suspected misconduct. All reports relating to financial and accounting or internal controls matters will be referred to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors for further investigation. Reports relating to all other matters will be referred to the General Counsel for further evaluation and investigation.
