Are you an employee, associate, vendor or business contact of Hyatt?
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
Hyatt has selected EthicsPoint to provide you with simple ways to anonymously and confidentially report activities that may involve criminal, unethical, or otherwise inappropriate behavior in violation of Hyatt's policies, including accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters. You may file a report to Hyatt on this web site or by a toll-free telephone number to EthicsPoint.
Please note that the laws in the country in which you reside may limit the type of report that may be made. Hyatt Associates should remember that Hyatt has an open door policy and you can speak freely with members of your management team.
If you use the EthicsPoint reporting system, your report will be promptly forwarded by EthicsPoint to the appropriate persons at Hyatt for their review and investigation.
All reports submitted through EthicsPoint will be given careful attention by Hyatt and thoroughly investigated. We encourage reporters to return to this web site within 7 days of filing a report and use the Report Key assigned by EthicsPoint and your private password to obtain a status of the report. Hyatt may have information on your report or may require further information from you in order to proceed with an investigation. In either case, your confidentiality will be protected by EthicsPoint, pursuant to applicable law.
