Brickyard Healthcare and Salude are committed to doing the right thing for the right reason and our Compliance and Ethics policies support these values and principles.
Employees will not be subject to discipline or otherwise retaliated against with respect to employment for reporting in good faith a possible violation of the Code of Conduct. Any employee who violates this prohibition on retaliation against another employee will be subject to disciplinary action up and to and including termination. Deliberately making false complaints will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct and will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Once your report is complete you will be assigned a unique code or "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. Please allow 5-6 business days to check the report should the investigator have additional questions. If you have not received feedback in 5-6 business days it does not mean the matter is not being reviewed. When returning to the site to check the status of your report, you will be prompted to provide your report key and password.
All reports submitted through our Compliance Hotline or via the web site are handled in a confidential manner.
