Compliance and integrity are core Astellas values. High ethical standards are an essential part of our culture. The Ethics & Compliance (“E&C”) Team is here to help you perform your daily responsibilities in a highly ethical manner and in compliance with the Astellas Global Code of Conduct and all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and policies.

You can report with confidence. We all have an obligation to report suspected instances of non-compliance. You can always speak up by contacting your Manager, Human Resources, Legal or E&C. However, you can also report through the E&C Helpline/Hotline by phone or online either anonymously or with your name identified. Astellas recognizes that a reporter may sometimes prefer to remain anonymous, and the Company is fully committed to maintaining an avenue for such complaints where permitted under local laws. If you are comfortable doing so, however, Astellas prefers that you identify yourself because it will help us appropriately follow up on your report. Whether your report is anonymous or not, please provide as many details as possible about the situation. EthicsPoint manages the intake of reports and will confidentially forward them to E&C. Each report will be reviewed and resolved in a fair, objective and timely manner.*

Astellas does not tolerate retaliation. Astellas policy strictly prohibits any adverse actions against people for making good faith reports of suspected non-compliance. Similarly, Astellas will take action against individuals who intentionally make a false report.

*Patient safety is paramount for us. Do not use EthicsPoint to report adverse events or drug safety concerns. Report adverse events concerning Astellas products within 24 hours of when you first received the information using the appropriate Astellas adverse event reporting avenues.
