What to report using the helpline:

  • Anti-Trust, Competition and/or Trade Practice Violations
  • Conflict of Interest
  • Discrimination or Harassment
  • Environmental Concerns
  • Improper Dealing with Customers & Suppliers
  • Improper Dealing with Governments
  • Improper Giving or Receiving of Gifts or Entertainment
  • Improper Lobbying or Political Contribution
  • Inaccurate or Falsified Books and Records and Other Accounting or Auditing Matters
  • Irresponsible Consumption of Alcohol and/or Substance Abuse
  • Misuse of Company Assets, Theft or Embezzlement
  • Misuse or Disclosure of Confidential Information
  • Retaliation
  • Securities Violations/Inappropriate Trading in Company Stock
  • Unsafe Working Conditions, Child Labor, Forced Labor
  • Workplace Violence

You should report anything you believe is or may be a violation of the Code or company policy. You have the right to remain anonymous to the extent allowed by local law. Keep in mind, however, it is usually easier to conduct a more complete investigation if you identify yourself and those involved. Remember, retaliation against any employee for reporting a suspected violation of the Code is prohibited by law and Company policy.

Our Helpline is a convenient and confidential way for you to seek assistance and report possible violations regarding ethics and compliance issues. It assists management, employees, our business partners and other stakeholders to work together to address questions and issues while helping to cultivate an ethical culture and positive work environment. Our Helpline is available via telephone or internet and is hosted by EthicsPoint, a third party provider, to maintain confidentiality and anonymity when requested (and where legal).
