Compliance with IQVIA standards and the legal requirements which govern our business is critical for our success. Our business conduct standards help us to safeguard patient safety, ensure the integrity of our business offerings and maintain our commitment to ethical conduct.
If you have a question or concern about a potential violation of law or our standards, there are many resources available to help you. You can talk to local management, Human Resources, Enterprise Quality Assurance, Ethics and Compliance Office, or the Legal Department. In addition, you can use Ethics Line to request guidance about our standards or to report a concern about a suspected violation of law or our standards.
IQVIA is using EthicsPoint, an outside vendor, to provide our Ethics Line service and give you a way to confidentially report concerns or ask questions. You may file a report on-line from this site or via a dedicated in-country phone line or a web-based phone line. Use the icons below to access dialing instructions or to submit a written report or question.
All matters will be handled promptly. IQVIA will take all reasonable steps to keep your identity confidential to the extent necessary for a full and fair investigation, or as otherwise permitted by law. EthicsPoint will promptly notify authorized persons at IQVIA who will review the information and determine the best method for handling the report. IQVIA takes all reports seriously and, if warranted, will conduct an investigation and take any necessary corrective action. When using Ethics Line, you will be asked to identify yourself, but you may choose not to do so. In most countries, you may choose to remain anonymous, except where anonymous reporting is prohibited. Please note that remaining anonymous may limit our ability to investigate and fully address your concerns.
IQVIA does not tolerate retaliation of any kind against Ethics Line users who, in good faith, request guidance or raise a concern.
