What happens after I submit a concern?

We take your concerns very seriously at NCR Voyix and as such, the first step upon receiving a concern is usually to reach out to the complainant, where possible, in a timely manner in order to ask questions and gather more information. This information will help determine what further investigation may be needed or appropriate. Keep an eye out for a meeting request.

Depending on the type of issue an investigation may be conducted by Human Resources, Employee Relations, Ethics & Compliance, Security, or a combination of personnel from these departments.

The investigation will evaluate the allegations/concerns that have been reported, gather, and review all relevant data, interview individuals who may have relevant information and determine the findings. Based on the findings, further action may be recommended.

Confidentiality

In order to preserve the integrity of the investigation and the privacy of yourself and others, you will be asked not to share any information discussed during the course of the investigation interview. In addition, we will treat any information you provide sensitively and will only share it on a need to know basis.

Prohibition of Retaliation

We do not tolerate any form of retaliation at NCR Voyix. If you believe you are being retaliated against due to your submission of a complaint or participation in an investigation, please reach out to the investigator, HR or the Alertline immediately.
