Confidentiality is a priority and every effort will be made to protect your identity. However, there may be times because of the nature of an investigation or certain legal requirements that it may not be able to keep your identity confidential. If you are concerned about confidentiality, you may choose to anonymously report a concern.
Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern or reports misconduct is strictly prohibited at Hess. Any Hess colleague, third party, or other business partner who reports a violation in good faith, shall not suffer harassment, retaliation, or adverse employment consequence.
