After completing your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key". Please write down your report key and password information and keep them in a safe place. After 5-7 business days, you will be able to use your report key and password to check for updates or respond to requests for additional information.

In keeping with this commitment, this hotline, hosted by EthicsPoint, a third party hotline provider, aims to provide an avenue for employees to report concerns about corporate conduct with the reassurance that they will be protected from reprisals or victimization for “whistleblowing” in good faith.
All reports are forwarded to WFS’ Internal Audit Department. The submitter’s identity will be kept strictly confidential unless that person has authorized such disclosure in writing. Individuals are however encouraged to put their names to allegations as appropriate follow-up questions and investigation may not be possible unless the source of the information is identified.
