After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Information provided through EthicsPoint will be sent to UT on a confidential and anonymous basis, based on the preference you select during the reporting process. All reports will be reviewed and, as applicable, investigated in a discreet manner by a trusted University designee. Those who choose to report suspected violations are protected by the University’s Whistleblower Policy for more information.
