The purpose of the Hotline is to document concerns about violations of law or the Code of Magna. The use of the Magna Hotline is voluntary, meaning you are not obligated to file a report.
You will have the option to submit your report anonymously if you prefer. However, we encourage you to identify yourself in order for us to follow up with questions we may have. In such case, your personal data will be collected, processed, and transferred solely for the purpose of handling the reported violation. The information you submit will be treated confidentially, and will only be shared, with relevant Magna employees and external counsel, as necessary, which may include individuals outside your country of residence, (Please refer to the ‘Data Privacy and Protection Notice’ for additional information)
