Our Commitment

New Relic is committed to an environment with open, honest communication. We strive to ensure that all Relics can report concerns in order to resolve work related problems. We want you to feel comfortable approaching your supervisor or management if you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. However, as an alternative, you can report concerns to this hotline hosted by a third-party provider, EthicsPoint. You may remain anonymous, dependent upon local country regulations, if you choose. All reports will be reviewed by the appropriate People or Legal team member and fully investigated as needed.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
